Jesus - The First Easter

This is based on the Bible but it's not exactly the Bible. Now there came a time of great joy because Jesus had risen from the dead. Trevor runs to Adreana's house to tell them the good news. Adreana and the centurion are together in the house when Trevor arrives. "Jesus has risen, Jesus has risen! He met with the disciples last night." Trevor joyfully shouts. "He has risen indeed! I heard that Jesus met with some women near the tomb yesterday morning!" Adreana added. Then the centurion said "And I heard from some temple soldiers that:"   a severe earthquake had occurred, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled away the stone and sat upon it. And his appearance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. The guards shook for fear of him and became like dead men.   "I know some of these soldiers, and they are good guards. Only God could have done this. A few of those soldiers that I trust now believe that Jesus was the Son of God.   some of the guard came into the city and reported to the chief priests all that had happened. And when they had assembled with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, and said, "You are to say, 'His disciples came by night and stole Him away while we were asleep.'   Adreana, Trevor and the centurion all rejoiced because they know the truth. The truth is Jesus has risen. The truth is Jesus has risen. This is the one of the most important truths that people can know. Jesus said:   I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.*     I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies*   Even today some people will say that Jesus never rose from the dead. The good news is if you believe the truth you will live forever Matthew 28:2-4 & 11-13, John 14:6, John 11:25 (NASB)
